I’m Cat and I’m passionate about helping you to make learning more fun.

I truly believe that if people can enjoy their learning experiences, they will also remember and act on them more too! And as facilitators and trainers that’s what it’s all about right?

So I’m here to help you make that happen.

In the Toybox you’ll find a selection of games and activities, all designed and ready for you to plug them straight into your workshops. You’ll get all the materials you need to use them straight away – instructions on how to set up and run them, handouts, slides, timings etc (what you get varies depending on the activity).

You'll also find some incredible card decks that you can use within your workshops (and one you can even add your own brand to!!)

I want to make it easy for you, to save you time and to help you design workshops you can’t wait to deliver.

Thank you for visiting and purchasing from imagineif.ltd. The following terms and conditions set out our Shipping & Returns Policy.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Processing times

All orders are processed within 2-5 working days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If a delay is expected we will contact you via email to advise.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Standard shipping charges are included within the price you’ve paid.

Standard UK shipping is sent via Royal Mail 2nd class which aims to deliver in 2-3 working days.

Standard European shipping is sent via Royal Mail International which aims to deliver in 3-5 working days.

Standard Worldwide shipping is sent via Royal Mail International which aims to deliver in 5-7 working days.

Additional shipping information for The Gratitude Challenge card decks only

Standard US shipping is sent via First-Class Mail which aims to deliver in 2-3 working days.

Standard Canadian shipping is sent via First-Class Mail International which aims to deliver in 6-10 working days.

If you required a faster service (for urgent orders) then please contact us and this may be possible at an extra charge.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside our control.

Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the product for a full refund.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your item.

Any product you return must in its original condition and packaging.

You will be responsible for the cost of sending the product back.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Returns Policy

When you purchase a digital product you will have immediate access to it. There is a 14 day cooling-off period for your purchase, in which time, should you have purchased the product in error, you will need to contact us for a refund & so access to the product can be. Please contact us at hello@imagineif.ltd to request a refund.

If you download the product within the 14 day cooling-off period, you will be waiving your right to cancel and will lose your right to a refund.
